Delivery - Summary

DataMind ship worldwide. All orders include a £4.20 ex.vat Order Handling Charge. Orders for UK & Europe have FREE Post and Packing provided you answer a couple of questions. VAT is not charged for deliveries outside Europe.

In summary, DataMind delivery (shipping) charges include two elements:-

1) Order Handling Charge (OHC) AND 2) Post & Packing (P&P)

ALL orders are charged £4.20 ex.vat (£4.94 inc.vat) Order Handling Charge (OHC).
This helps us to cover our order processing & other administration costs.

For UK & European customers DataMind offer FREE Postage & Packing (P&P) IF you choose to answer a few simple questions. These answers take no more than a minute. An overview of the ordering process after you click the 'Buy' button is here.

How do I qualify for FREE UK or European Postage & Packing (P&P)?

Answer these questions when you order online. If you are an existing UK or European DataMind customer, order online or phone, state 'existing customer' & answer questions 2) and 3) only.

Delivery Times

- For UK orders received before 9am typically next day delivery for 'in stock' products
- For European & overseas orders typically 3 - 5 days delivery for 'in stock' products.
- Under exceptional workloads these delivery times may increase by 2 to 3 working days. top

- Order Friday 2pm for "in stock" products

Part Orders - when do we ship?

- When you order online we give you a choice when we will ship your order:-
- Ship all together when complete order is in stock (default) OR
- Ship as soon as each item is available (each shipment attracts an Order Handling Charge) top
'MegaBundle' orders
- Attract only one delivery charge and we ship as soon as each item becomes available. top

- We email all customers (online orders only) on the day goods are shipped from DataMind. top
How do I calculate my currency from UK Pounds?

When is my credit card debited?
From September 2006, your credit card is normally debited on the day your order is dispatched. For products where the Availability is " ... (DNC)" we Do Not Charge (debit) the credit card until the day of dispatch. top
Rest of the World - vAT Exclusion
Products shipped outside the European Union will not have VAT (17.5%) added to the order. The prices are shown as excluding VAT.
Channel Island - VAT exclusion

Products shipped to Guernsey and States of Jersey are not charged VAT.

Notes: To qualify for VAT-free shipping, it's the delivery address, not the cardholder or invoice address which must have JE or GY postcode. Channel Island residents shipping products to mainland addresses will be charged VAT. When entering an order your shopping basket will show VAT. The VAT will be deducted when your order is processed, recognising the Channel Island delivery address postcode. Delivery to Channel Islands is a 2-5 working days. top
