• A belated acknowledgement for your extremely prompt delivery of the OpticFilm 7200 scanner which arrived on October 22nd.
  Having spent a day or so scanning some 40 year old slides I have to say I am immensely impressed with the overall performance of the device, and in particular of the quality of the resulting scans. The Laserfast software is superb - the only drawback being the relatively restrictive file naming methodology which however can be readily managed around. The whole package really does live up to its excellent press reviews. One question. As I am at the start of a major exercise scanning several thousand slides, and have developed an efficient flow process for achieving this, a second slide tray would be a useful timesaver. Is it possible to acquire one of these and if so at what cost? M Robinson, October 2004
