Digital Pen &Easybook M3Digital Notepad

There is no longer any need to retype your notes into your computer. Using Easybook M3 Digital Notepad and a Digital Pen (Nokia Digital Pen or Logitech io Pen) you control the way your work is organised right from your handwritten notes. Your notes are processed, your actions scheduled and your documents created directly. The Easybook M³ Digital Notepad is used with a digital pen that records your handwriting and sends the PC the notes written on the notepad pages.

DENOS Document Database
By installing DENOS software you have created a new document database on your computer: a handwritten document database. Once synchronised with your computer, your handwritten notes are converted into DENOS documents for automatic sorting and saving.

Digital Diary
Today, your paper diary is also your digital diary. With Oxford Easybook:7, plan, manage, and share your timetable without changing your habits.

The Oxford Easybook:7 diary operates with a digital pen (supplied with the diary) that records your writing and transmits the information captured on the paper to your PC. This information will update your appointment and contacts database in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, according to the application you use to manage your personal information on the PC.

Applications
The digital diary allows all applications necessary for managing your time to be programmed on paper:

• Creation, movement, and deletion of appointments
• Creation and control of tasks to be accomplished.
• Creation of new contacts in the address book.
• Weekly reminders on important information.

These applications will activate Microsoft® Outlook or Lotus Notes diary functionalities on your computer.




Operating mode

1. As soon as the digital pen and Digital Diary software are installed on your PC, you can start using the Oxford Easybook:7 digital diary.
2. Use your digital pen to jot down your appointments, tasks, and notes on the diary.
3. Replace the pen in its cradle to synchronize your data with the PC and update it.

Viewing Notes
DENOS software provides an interface for displaying your handwritten notes. This way you can view the notes that you wrote on your digital notepads, on your computer screen. You can also edit your notes using the highlighting tool to mark up important notes and send out your handwritten e-mail messages.

Search Engine
DENOS software comes with a handwritten notes search engine: type in a key word or an expression and DENOS will immediately find all of the pages in which it appears!

Digital Paper Kit

You already have a Nokia or Logitech digital pen? The Easybook M³ Digital Paper Kit is made for you.
The kit comprises three Oxford Easybook M³ Digital Notepads : a large A4 notepad for the office, a small A5 size one that is easy to take anywhere and an A6 pad that will slip into any pocket. The Oxford DENOS software is included in the Digital Paper Kit which processes your handwritten notes and DENOS document database saves and organise your handwritten documents.
